Do you accept my insurance?

After years of practicing in the traditional health-care system, Dr. Page started Movement Physical Therapy & Spine so he could do what he was trained to do: work for you, not an insurance company! He was tired of insurance dictating what he could or couldn't do for his patients, rather than doing what was needed.

Therefore, no, we are not contracted with any insurance provider, which gives us full autonomy for providing care to every one of your specific needs. For our services you simply pay us directly.

We accept all forms of payment, including FSA and HSA accounts and can assist you in understanding your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy.

You may be able to submit for reimbursement for Physical Therapy services and receive 40-80% of the cost back from your insurance company.

What conditions do you treat?

The list of conditions below is not exhaustive and if your problem is not listed, contact us to find out if we can help: Neck and Back Pain, Disc Problems, Sciatica, Shoulder Pain, Rotator Cuff Injuries, Bursitis, Tendonitis, TMJ and Jaw Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, SI Joint Pain, Frozen Shoulder, Knee Pain & Arthritis, Myofascial Pain, Pregnancy-related pain, Repetitive Stress and Overuse Injuries, and any movement or mobility problem.

How often are appointments?

We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach to care, so frequency of appointments varies from person to person. Some people are seen as often as 2 times per week, and others 1-2 times per month. It really depends on your individual needs and goals. With that said, our average patient is seen between 6-10 total visits.

How many clients do you see per hour?

One. Period.

You will never be double booked! You will always be seen by yourself with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You will never be passed from provider to provider. This is the only way to provide you with the care you deserve.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No, a referral is not needed to be seen. Physical Therapy is a conservative, non-invasive approach that in many cases can resolve pain and increase mobility without the need for further medical intervention. It's time for a new approach to treatment!

Isn't it better if I see my Physician first?

No, not necessarily. While historically this has been the approach, recent studies show that early access to physical therapy--rather than delayed access due to extended wait times for a physician's referral--results in lower costs, earlier return to work, and greater patient satisfaction.

As Doctors of Physical Therapy, we are trained to screen for injuries and disorders which fall outside our scope of practice and will refer you out to other medical providers as needed.

So let go of the old approach and allow us to be your first line of defense and go-to provider for all muscle, joint, and nerve pain!

I tried PT before and it didn't work. Are you any different?

Our business was founded with the primary goal of being different from the traditional approach. But don't take our word for it. Click here to read some testimonials from patients who wondered the same thing before working with Dr. Page.

Do you offer a money back guarentee?

Yes, we do! We want you to feel confident in your choice to invest in your health and work with us! ANY and ALL treatment you receive at Movement PT & Spine is covered by a full "Love It Or Leave It" Money Back Guarantee. That means, you leave completely satisfied with the care you receive from us, or you DON'T pay for any of it.
